Something about Chernivtsi

Chernivtsi is the centre of one of the most interesting Ukraine' regions. It goes without saying that Chernivtsi is a city worth of attention because it's famous by its' considerable culture, sizeable accomplishments in architecture, literature, music and indeed in mass culture. At the territory of modern city has been found settlement of old ethno cultural community of grain growers which had been setting hude territory from Dnipro river up to Dunai River and had been participants of legendary Troy. As to the time of foundation of Chernsvtsi it could not take place later than in 1408 as it the date when the city was mentioned for the first time in one of the letters of Moldavian prince Alexander the Food.
